Being a Gentleman well Accomplish'd in Mathematical and other Learning, and a Diligent Enquirer into Nature, desires the Honour of being admitted a Fellow of the Royal Society: and is accordingly recommended (from our personal knowledge of him) as a person whom we think very likely to become a Valuable and usefull Member.
