Who has already communicated several curious observations to this Royal Society desiring to offer himself as a Candidate for election into the Same, and being besides very particularly recommended by our worthy brothers the Honble Wm Bentine and Mr Trembley; We whose names are under written do accordingly hereby recommend and propose him to the Society, as a Gentleman of distinction, merit & Learning, of the greatest curiosity, excellently versed in most parts of Philosophical & Experimental knowledge, a Zealous promoter of the Same, and every way well qualified and likely to be a usefull member of our body.
