CitationMember of the Council of the Iron and Steel Institute. Metallurgical Chemist. He is distinguished as a Metallurgist and is one of the leading authorities in this country on the constitution and structure of metals as revealed by the microscope. He also possesses special knowledge of the Metallurgy of Iron and Steel, and is a singularly skilful analyst.
