Numerous papers in Trans Roy Soc, Canada, on the conditions of formation of frazil ice in Canadian rivers, and on differential temperature measurements between Mount Royal and the Observatory in Montreal. Author of 'Ice Formation with Special Reference to Anchor Ice and Frazil' (Wiley, New York; and Chapman, London).
