Colonel Hadcock has done a great deal of scientific and experimental work relating to Artillery for the Government the details of which are confidential.
He is at the present time engaged on scientific and advisory work for the Government of fundamental importance the nature of which cannot be disclosed until after the war.
He is the Author of a paper entitled "INTERNAL BALLISTICS" read before the Society on Dec 6 1917 which has added much to the scientific knowledge of the subject.
He has also written the Internal Ballistic section of the Text Book of Gunnery,a confidential War Office publication
