Has been engaged in the following research expeditions under various Government Departments: - 1905, Gold Coast; 1907, East Africa, Uganda and Egypt; 1912-1913, Nigeria; 1914, China; 1915-1916, Egypt. Successfully investigated Bilharziosis in Egypt, discovering details of the life-history, which led to prevention of this scourge.
