DescriptionHas received a letter from Sir John Herschel dated 13 July, infmring that the University of Cambridge will publish his catalogue of 1814 and original observations. He has given two copies of the catalogue to Dr Young, Secretary of the Royal Society. He will be able to send an appendix of othe rstars which could be added to the new edition. Refers to his original observations and requests Smyth to pass along the particulars of his letter.
