DescriptionMr Boyles Engine was exercised on the arme of several of the members of the Society, who found that the air being pumped our their arms were drawn into the receiver.

Sir Henry de Vick and Mr Southwell were admitted into the Society.

Mr Boyle produced a glass to try the differences of strength of various liquours.

Mr Oldenburg produced a letter discussing a level of air.

Mr Boyle produced two transparent liquours, which being mixed together made a white coagulum.

Sir William Petty brought in an apparatus concerning dyeing. It was orderediot be registered.

Ordered that the first thing to be done next day to be the experiment of dissolving flesh by a liquour of Mr Boyles.
