DescriptionDr Ent was asked to bring in next day his box, wherein are those little animals, who make a noise called the Death Watch.

Ordered that the Operator provide little fishes, as small pykes, and keep them in glass bottles, shifting the bottles with water every day; and that to be done in Dr Goddards lodging, that the Dr take care that his man and the Operator do not fail in their operation.

The Bishop of Exeter related of an intention a person of quality had to the promoting of the Society in their Experiments: and it was proposed to make a draft of the Company's designe to be shewn to such as will be Benefactors.

Mr Boyle shewed the ascending of water through white sand in a glasse tube.

Sir William Petty was asked to go with Mr Web and seek out the best dyers pumps.

Mr Oldenburg was asked to speak with Mr Toogood to provide himself with a ship and Pump, and to give an account when he will be ready.
