Report being made to the Society by the right Hon :ble the Ld Vicompt Brouncker, that Sir Heneage Finch, His Majesties Solicitor Generall, having Signed the Dockett of the Bill by him prepared for His Majesties Signature, in Order to Letters Pattents for Incorporating the Said Society : did refuse his fees due unto him for the same, out of Respect to the said Society : it was thereupon putt to the Question and Resolved ; that Mr Solicitor Generall bee esteemed and accounted a Benefactor to the Society, and it was with all orderd that Sir John Finch, Dr Barnes, Sir William Petty, Dr Goddard, and Mr Palmer, bee appointed a Committee to waite upon Mr Solicitor, and give the thanks of the Society for his said favour and respects unto them.
