Read minutes fo last meeting.

' Mr James Ferguson of Mortimer Street, lately Elected, having signed the Obligation in the Charter Book, was admitted a Fellow.

Richard Warren, Dr of Physick, Physician in Ordinary to His Majesty and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicins, was recommended for Election, into the Society; and a Certificate in his favour, signed William Heberden, Charlton Wollaston, William watson, and Charles Morton, was ordered to be ut up in the publick Meeting Room.

As was likewise a Certificate in favour of Charles Lloyd Esq MA and Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries,; dated December 8th and signed Joseph Ayloffe, Andreww Coltee Du Carell, Charles Carlisle, and Thomas Birch.
