DescriptionEight volumes of scientific letters and papers from various authors containing accounts, observations and theories covering a wide variety of subjects and disciplines. Sent to the Royal Society for discussion and possible publishing. Some items feature original artwork, figures and tables. The coverage of the volumes that make up decade 10 is as follows:

Volume 91 & 92: item numbers 1-34, read 7 February 1792 - 13 January 1793
Volume 93: item numbers 35 -59, read 7 February 1793 - 20 June 1793
Volume 94: item numbers 60-75, read 7 November 1793 - 13 March 1794
Volume 95: item numbers 76-93, read 13 March 1794 - 6 June 1794
Volume 96: item numbers 94-103, read 29 June 1794 - 15 January 1795
Volume 97: item numbers 104-113, read 19 February 1795 - 26 March 1795
Volume 98 & 98a: item numbers 114-127, read 30 April 1795 - 25 June 1795
Volume 99 & 100: item numbers 129-143, read 12 November 1795 - 10 March 1796

The dates given correspond to the date that the papers were written/sent by the author. The read date in the description indicates when papers were read at a Royal Society meeting.

Each volume contains a list of contents which provides: a document reference number, author, title, extent, date of reading to the Society and place of publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions' as far as could be determined for each item.
