With the note: 'No.255 Recd. 6 May 1841 (by Sir Woodbine Parish K.C.H. F.R.S. &c)'. An additional note states that the manuscript was 'Communicated to the Secretary of the Royal Society by direction of the Council of the Roy. Geographical Society. Communicated by S.H. Christie Secy.
