Refers to obtaining photograohy of the corona and its spectrum, and the intention to reduce them jointly with Captain Abney. Refers to the photographic results of the eclipse of 1882, published in the Philosophical Transactions, with a drawing of the corona by Mr Wesley, and a similar drawing to accompany the report regarding the eclipse of 1883. Remarks on the reduction of the spectrum photography.
