Sends his regrets for not being able to attend the anniversary meeting to receive the award. Requests that the medal be sent to him at his address in Germany.

Cantor has never visited England, the beautiful island of William Shakespeare, but hopes to travel to London, Cambridge and Oxford as well as Edinburgh and Dublin the following year.
