Description'Sir, I am directed by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to transmit herewith, for the information of your Committee, a copy of a despatch from the Acting Commissioner in Uganda requesting that copies of Reports on Sleeping Sickness [African trypanosomiasis] may be supplied for the use of the administration of the Protectorate. Lord Lansdowne will be grateful if the Royal Society can comply with Mr Wilson's request. I am, Sir, Your most obedient, humble Servant, Clement L HIll'.

Enclosed is a typescript copy of a letter from George Wilson, Entebbe, Uganda, to the Marquess of Lansdowne, dated 14 January 1904, and consisting of one page. Additionally a memoranda to the Secretaries and Treasurer is enclosed regarding the request from the Foreign Office for 60 copies of the 'sleeping sickness' reports.
