DescriptionForwarding two letters from the General [Frederick] Mulcaster, Inspector General of Fortifications, to the Master General of the Ordnance, as well as from Colonel Fox. The letters and Denison offer the services of officers of engineers for making observations under the direction of the Royal Society.
