DescriptionRequesting permission to have a plate within a book belonging to her father, Major James Rennell, concerning proof of a current near Ireland, in 'Philosophical Transactions' 1815, Plate 10.

The back of the letter contains a response from Roget, dated 10 June 1832, relaying the Council's decision to let Lady Rodd use the plate to illustrate her father's work on the currents in the Atlantic Ocean.
