Description'Dear Sir, I have recived from Sir William White a copy of his paper on "The Stability of Submarines", and I am desirous of reprinting this in ENGINEERING. Sir William White is quite willing that this should be done if there is no objection to the course on the part of the Royal Society. Perhaps you will kindly let me knwo if we may reproduce the paper.
