DescriptionBoys applys for a ticket for himself for the anniversary dinner, however clarifies his disapproval 'of the action of the Council in their award of the Hughes Medal', and fears there is pressure on the officers to make a precendent to invite or allow the presence of the recipient of the award. Boys application is ocnditional on this not taking place. Enclosed is a memorandum from [Robert William Frederick Harrison] to Joseph Larmor, regarding Boys letter, with Larmor's response.
