Informs he suggested that the contribution is large in scope and should therefore appear as the principal paper, followed by his as a recent piece of work communicated to him. Offers to come to the Royal Society to give a spoken account of his work and to show the experimental illustration. Includes a small diagram. Informs that his brother died two to three years ago.
Includes an internal Royal Society Memorandum.
