DescriptionAttempts to communicate an urgent message about a paper titled "Clinical Anatomical Researches upon the Painful Neuromata following Amputation" by Professor Marinesco of Bucharest. Marinesco, a distinguished neuropathologist working in the Walker's laboratory, might soon return to Bucharest. Requests the Royal Society to expedite the acceptance of Marinesco's paper and allows for the possibility of delivering it in French.
