Few forwards a letter from Scott & Co, solicitors, to Few & Co, dated 16 December 1846, regarding the settlement of previously pending litigation on the commutation of the tithes. Few recommends compliance with the terms of settlement as they are advantageous to the Society.

[Note Lubbock was replaced as Treasurer by George Rennie on 30 November 1845. Rennie responded on 24 December 1846.]
