DescriptionDescribing the process and advantages of the production of copper printing surfaces via photography and electrometallurgy, a process invented by Paul Pretsch. De la Rue has used such plates for his paper on the solar eclipse observed at Rivabellosa [see related record]. He applies, on Pretsch's behalf, for a grant of £25 from the Society to continue his experiments.
