The original letter has an extent of three pages over two papers, labelled MC/7/383 and MC/7/383a within the volume. The remaining enclosures include: correspondence with the Admiralty [MC/7/383b, /383c, /383e, 383f], and with the Treasury [MC/7/383d, /383g-i].]
