DescriptionPasses on message from Dr Freeth who contacted Dr Gourlay, Director of I C I Paints Division, in regards to 'dispersed paints of the character of Indian ink.' Gourlay will be please to meet and discuss problem with Merton. Freeth also told Martin that I CI had analysed Turner's colours and would be glad for Merton to see them.
