DescriptionMessage from the Ministry of Education which refers to Sir Alfred Zimmern's letter forwarding a copy of the draft constitution for an educational and cultural organisation of the United Nations, with a summary and analysis of the constitution. Richardson notes that the Minister of Education [Ellen Cicely Wilkinson] wishes to confer with representatives of organisations in the United Kingdom on the subjects of these proposals, and consequently asks if the Royal Society would be willing to send a representative to meet with the minister and advisors on 24 October. A reply to Zimmern's letter inviting observations on the proposals is requested before the 24 October.
