Brull states he was a pupil of Professor Starling, working in his laboratory between 1924-1925, and so prior to the war was in contact with the English school of Physiology, and will soon visit Professor E B Verney in Cambridge with whom he shares an interest in kidney physiology.

Brull lists Reginster's training in clinical diagnosis and treatment, in pneumothorax, pleuroscopy and section of adhesions, and x-ray examination os the lung, and reveals that he hopes to make him Chief of a new Institute for treatment of tuberculosis in the Universite de Liege. |
