I enclose herewith a letter which I have received from Professor Florking of Liege. The first paragraph of this letter is an appeal for help which I presume the Society will be able to consider. I have dealt with the matters raised in the second paragraph of the letter. I also enclose a letter from Professor Brull, also of Liege.
