DescriptionDiscusses Gough's request that the Royal Society should give a date to papers 'which might be published after the war, dealing with discoveries which, during the war, had been preserved under seal of secrecy' by consulting with a Government Research Organisation. Notes the Council's decision to accept only papers dealing with secret information 'which were allowed to go through our ordinary mechanism of refereeing'.
