TitleLetter from William Abbott Herdman, the Royal Society, Burlington House, London, to Robert Harrison
Date7 June 1901
DescriptionHe asks if Harrison would let Murray have an enclosure [not present]. In regard to the Gunning Fund, it might have been better if they had added that suggestions from the Zoological Committee should be sent to Herdman directly. He asks if Harrison could send on the suggestions and tell him what the Physiological and Botany Committees decide to do. They will then be able to see if a joint meeting of the three committees is really necessary. He asks if the matter might be settled by correspondence between the three Chairmen.
