TitleLetter from Leonard Hill, the London Hospital Medical College, Turner Street, Mile End, London, 17 June 1901, to 'Dear Sir' [William Abbott Herdmann?]
Date17 June 1901
DescriptionHe would like to propose that the Gunning Fund should be devoted to the furtherance of research into metabolism, to be carried out by Dr. [Marcus Seymour] Pembrey at Guy's Hospital and Dr. J. [John James Rickard] Macleod at the London Hospital. He gives a summary of Macleod's suitability and previous experience at Leipzig.
