DescriptionAnderson alleges that Weaver has obstructed a common passageway with gateposts and stones, obstructing Anderson's exit and entry. The passageway was situated between Three Legg'd Alley and Red Lyon Court, near Fleet Street.

The statement relates the history of the surrounding land, including the purchase of part of it by Dr Brown.

The Royal Society bought Dr Brown's two houses in Crane Court in 1703.

The date of the action taking place is given as "1 Aug 2 William and Mary". Date given as 1690-1691 as not clear when the case was heard in court.
