DescriptionHas been asked by Mr Secretary Ryder to supply details of the proposed arrangements [for the deployment of the shore and ship rocket]. Manby cannot give an estimate of the expense until he has visited the coast, he urges that recommended fishermen be protected from impress so they may operate the equipment.
