DescriptionThe statement states that Isaac Weaver alleges that a stone and post were moved from the position outside his house, between Three Legg'd Alley and Red Lyon Court, near Fleet Street, by Sir Stephen Anderson and Dr Brown.

The statement relates the history of the surrounding land, including the involvement of Dr Brown.

The Royal Society bought Dr Brown's two houses in Crane Court in 1703.

The date of the action taking place is given as "17 July 2 William and Mary". Date given as 1690-1691 as not clear when the case was heard in court.
