DescriptionSabine has written to Captain [James Clark] Ross asking him to forward a manuscript of [Christopher] Hansteen's to Professor [John] Phillips. Sabine will then send the manuscript to Lloyd for his thoughts. Sabine has also requested some copies to be made 'for distribution amongst those who may be influential in promoting an expedition; such as the Committee etc.' Further discussion of Irish magnetic observations, both those planned and those already made.
