DescriptionLloyd returns the sketch of Riddell's building, the [Toronto observatory]. Discussion on the sketch, and placement of the magnetometer, and the position of the magnet. Lloyd makes suggestions and changes to the placement and position of instruments that would benefit Riddell. Lloyd informs he is sending Riddell a paper with instructions on placing a pillar for an inclination instrument which is compatible with the rest of Riddell's plan.
