Brooke would like to know the temperature at which the observations were made in the Antarctic, and offers suggestions regarding the coefficients at different temperatures. Brooke clarifies that he has only made suggestions and urges Sabine not to mistake them for objections, as he is new to the subject and grateful to gain any information. |
