DescriptionRegarding edits to certain charts and maps, which Sabine had asked for. Dove will also send the Fahrenheit temperatures and includes the temperature for Eastern and Western hemisphere for the latitude 10 degrees to 10 degrees. Dove will send his final works to England when they’re completed. Acknowledges the receipt of the Madras [Chennai] observations although Dove would have liked to have the Hobart Town ones. Dove recently tested the barometer and thermometer of his meteorological stations and hopes to publish his observations from them in the future. Hopes to attend the large industrial exhibition.
