DescriptionInforms there are serious objections to importing foreign publications to individuals duty free [by the government]. States that only those going to Scientific Societies and Public Institutions should be addressed. Those for individuals should be packaged altogether and addressed to the Royal Society. Asks for a list of the individuals so they can contact them once the package arrives.
