DescriptionForwards a copy of a letter from the Secretary of Kew Observatory on the subject of changing the name, due to the inconvenience caused to Kew Gardens of visitors assuming it is located inside [not enclosed]. States the opinion of the Council that the arguments against the name change are too strong. But informs that the circumstances referred to in Mr. Whipple's letter will reduce over time.
