This would increase the overall expenditure of the Circumpolar Expedition, although estimates the cost not to exceed £500. States it will not be published until after the Congress in Vienna next month. Informs after the grant expected from the Canadian Government, does not expect the expenditure to exceed the £2500 originally granted
