DescriptionHe has 'the thing' well arranged and hopes to send Clerk a drawing of the equlibrium apparatus. A surplus of battery is being installed, being most of the desired weight. Parsons proposes to make an appartus at Heaton and test it in a tank, which should take 4-6 weeks. The cost would be around £150. He has replaced his earlier crank and piston idea.
