DescriptionRequesting instructions from Fox on where to deliver dipping needle observations taken by Major Graham of the United States Army, to whom Fox supplied an instrument. Although it was not used for these observations, Estcourt believes that additional material will appear in due course. Estcourt expects to return to Washington soon to complete work for the [USA-Canada] Boundary Commission.
