DescriptionAllen supplied reagents to Alexander Mornay, on the recommendation of Humphry Davy, to conduct mineralogical researches in South America on behalf of the Portuguese Government. Mornay has departed suddenly without making proper payment arrangements. Allen forwards a note to him via Fox [note not present] in the event that Mornay has not yet left England.
