TitleLetter from John William Strutt, 3rd Baron Rayleigh, Terling Place, Witham, Essex, to Charles Vernon Boys
Date3 December 1893
DescriptionHe has been looking again at the partial theory of diffraction and it might be used by Boys. He considers the theory complete in one specific case. A proper comparison with the theory would be difficult but he thinks that experimental enquiry would be interesting. This should be in Boys's hands.
