DescriptionKing apologizes to Laing for not writing sooner, gives him details about the cost of a plate, and asks Laing his opintion of it. He also tells Laing about his own circumstances, and mentions that he has not heard from Bailey about his Memorial. King wishes Laing well, and mentions that he will attempt to visit a Mr. Wilson in Bath.
