DescriptionWarrington expresses happiness that Captain Sabine will publish on Laing, and states that he has sent Sabine all of his letters. He writes that His Majesty's Gov. is in possession of many interesting documents, including a letter from Sheikh Moktar. He speaks at length about the publication of Laing's papers, and the propriety of this. Warrinton also suggests that a momument should be erected celebrating Laing.
