DescriptionRegarding the parcel destined for Vienna Observatory [See MS/426/110]. States that the Greenwich Meteorological Magnetic Observations for 1841 and certain parts of Transactions were sent in July. Explains parcel could no longer be sent through the Foreign Office, so paid the General Steam Navigation Company to transport it to Hamburg, and for it to be forwarded from there. Asks if the parcel has been received.
