TitleCopy letter from Edward Sabine, Foreign Secretary fo the Royal Society; to Prof Wenckebach, Utrecht [The Netherlands]
Date12 October 1846
DescriptionReplies there should be no objection to sending the volumes of the Greenwich magnetic observations prior to 1843, now that the Council has the power to send them. States that the last delivery of volumes to Breda had failed and returned, although these will be resent. Informs that the observations taken in the Colonies, such as Toronto, will arrive from the Government, not the Royal Society.
